representatives who will work with S4 Skill Development, and any

to provide access to S4 Skill Development website applications

S4 Skill Development sends to or receives from Customers and

By accepting the terms of use for the S4 Skill Development and
becoming a Customer, each Customer agrees that
S4 Skill Development may collect certain information (as detailed
in this Privacy Policy) from and about the
Customer to authenticate the Customer and enroll
the Customer as a user of the system. If a
prospective Customer does not agree to this
Privacy Policy, they may not become a Customer.
This Privacy Policy covers exchanges of
information within the S4 Skill Development website and through
Customer mailings. The S4 Skill Development sites may contain links
to other sites but S4 Skill Development is not responsible for
the privacy practices or the content of such
sites.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
S4 Skill Development may change this Privacy Policy at any time
and will post the changes to the Privacy Policy
on our website. Any change to this Privacy
Policy will become effective ten (10) business
days after it is initially posted on the S4 Skill Development website
unless otherwise agreed with the Customer in
writing. Continued use of the S4 Skill Development Services
following such period will mean that the
Customer accepts such changes, which shall also
bind its authorized representatives. If a
Customer does not agree to any such change, they
have the option to not to use the service.
